If you wish to find the full text of a particular journal article, you can do this by searching the library catalogue at www.qub.ac.uk/lib. Make sure you search for the title of the journal, not the title of the article; see below for further help.
Most of our current journal subscriptions are available as electronic journals, but we also have print runs of older journal issues in the library. Print journals are kept on mobile shelves on each floor of the library; see bottom of page for a guide to operating the mobile shelves.
Note that some journal articles on reading lists will be available under your module code in Queen's Online. Ask your lecturer or contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have any queries about this.
If you wish to find articles on a particular topic for an undergraduate essay or assignment, you can do this by using Article Search at www.qub.ac.uk/lib. Enter some keywords into the search box and use the limits to restrict your search; see below for further help.
For anyone doing a large scale research project or dissertation, it is recommended that you use bibliographic databases to search for relevant articles. See Databases for further information.
