Each Trust has a Health & Wellbeing page to direct staff in their individual trusts to useful resources, websites, apps and support. 

There are many downloadable apps available, here are just a few : 

Physical Wellbeing

Prostate Cancer Risk Checker UK;  RR Eating Disorder Management; Recharge Move well, sleep well, be well; BECCA - The Breast Cancer Support App; the NHS Weight loss Plan; Personal Quit Plan ( smoking) ; couch 2 5K; 

Mental Wellbeing

Stress and Anxiety Companion; Happify; Headspace; Moodpath;  SAM Self-help for anxiety management.

Financial Wellbeing

MoneyHelper joins up money and pensions guidance to make it quicker and easier to find the right help. It brings together the support and services of three government-backed financial guidance providers: the Money Advice Service, the Pensions Advisory Service and Pension Wise.
