The Physical Sciences Data-science Service brings together tools and resources for UK researchers in physical sciences, including chemistry, crystallography, materials and related fields. It provides access to web-based data services which are freely accessible for academic users from the UK.
PubChem
PubChem provides information on the biological activities of small molecules. The database is maintained by the US National Institutes of Health and has three main areas: Compounds, Substances and Bioassay.

ChemSpider is a chemical structure database from the Royal Society of Chemistry that provides fast access to over 100 million structures, properties and associated information.
