There is a charge of £15.00 per request, payable on receipt of the item; please note that we do not supply ILLs for commercial purposes.
1. Go onto the Queen’s Online website. https://home.qol.qub.ac.uk/default.htm
2. Log in using your QUB details, replacing the number ‘1234567’ with your Associate card number and add @ads.qub.ac.uk, as below:

3. Find the Library section and click ‘Pay now’
4. Your charges will show in a new window. Click ‘Pay now’ then enter your payment information.
5. Once this has been paid and completed, you will receive an email to say this is available to borrow or consult from the McClay Library, or alternatively you will receive an email with your requested article/book chapter attached.
