What is Adobe Digital Editions?

Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) is free eReader that most publishers use, it allows you to read and download ebooks on PC, MAC, tablets or mobile devices. 

 

Download Adobe Digital Editions on the App Store

Download Adobe Digital Editions on Google Play

 

When you access an ebook from the Library Catalogue
and see the page You will need Adobe Digital Editions
select Get Adobe Digital Editions 

 

 

Download the version of Adobe Digital Editions relevant to your device.

Click on Open in "Digital Editions"

 

Adobe Digital Editions Library will appear briefly

 

If you are using Adobe Digital Editions on your own device for the first time, you need to authorize Adobe Digital Editions using an Adobe ID

If you do not have an Adobe ID, you can create a unique Adobe ID and password by clicking on Create an account at Create Adobe ID

If you forgot your Adobe ID password, go to Reset forgotten password

When you have an Adobe ID set up, enter your Adobe ID details and click on Authorize

 

Your ebook will download in your Digital Editions Library
