Oxford Academic AI Discovery Assistant

Oxford Academic AI Discovery Assistant is built on a lightweight version of ChatGPT-4o Large Language Model (LLM) and uses Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to search publicly available metadata on OUP including every title, abstract, keyword, contributor and publication date. Oxford Academic AI Discovery Assistant uses Natural Language Search (NLS) and retrieves up 10 articles. When OUP ingest content into RAG, LLM generates a two line synopsis based on the original abstract when that is available.  Oxford Academic AI Discovery Assistant allows an interactive follow up. It clearly indicates what full text content is available based on institutional access.
