Ovid have launched Ovid AI Article Summary Beta feature for articles. The tool was built using generative AI and development in collaboration with clinical experts. It rapidly summarises the essentials including key findings, methodology and clinical relevance.
Ovid AI Article Summary Beta display when you are successfully authenticated with your Queen's University Belfast credentials to an Ovid resource. Using the relevant library link for the Ovid resource on Databases A-Z or Library Search will ensure you are properly authenticated. Ovid AI Article Summary Beta will display on HTML (not PDF) full text view of articles on proprietary Lippincott Williams & Wilkins (LWW) journals. Scroll down to the button labelled ' AI Article Summary BETA' above the abstract. Click to generate an AI generated summary of the full text document.
